Daisuke Matsuzaka is thinking of up picking up photography to help fill in the downtime during his comeback from TJ surgery (he first thought about learning how to play the guitar, but gave up when he realized it was a bad choice because of the condition of his elbow). He's also think about learning more English and reading books.
On the 26th, Matsuzaka moved into long-term housing in Fort Myers on the 26th (he was staying at a hotel since his arrival on the 23rd) and transferred his drivers license. Since his family will also come in to visit him from Boston, he also plans on picking up a child car seat.
Kei Igawa was promoted to Triple-A Scranton on the 25th.
