The latest on Takashi Saito, from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

Saito pitched an inning for Class AAA Nashville in a 3-2 victory over New Orleans, allowing a hit and striking out two. He is scheduled to throw today and be re-evaluated, and manager Ron Roenicke said last night that Saito could rejoin the Brewers this weekend in Minnesota.

"If everything goes well, he's got a chance to be ready for next series," said Roenicke.
