Geez, but the Dragons are a boring team. Can’t argue with success, but they just suck everything fun out of baseball for three and a half hours every night. Ugh ugh ugh.

I’m sure you wouldn’t mind the Tigers being called a boring team as long as they win in the end, even if Mayumi sucks everything fun out of baseball.

Point taken, but it makes you think. It wasn’t that long ago that everyone was freaking out because the Japan Series wasn’t broadcast on terrestrial cable because of low ratings for Dragons games. Maybe they wouldn’t have a viewership problem if their playstyle didn’t make opposing fans want to light themselves on fire.

I’m sure Chunichi would like to be better offensively, but it just isn’t happening this year.
Even their best players have been struggling.
    Just happy Asakura didn’t start.
