Eri Yoshida made her debut start for the Koa Ikaika Maui on the 9th against the Edmonton Capitals and allowed just 1 run over 5 innings of work. Yoshida got the win as Maui beat Edmonton 4-1.

* about 80% of her pitches were knuckleballs
