Third team to join Girls Professional Baseball League

The Girls Professional Baseball League (GPBL) announced that a third team, based out of Kansai, will be joining the league next year. A press conference announcing the name of the new team, in addition to the manager and players, will be held in early December.
The players for the new team will be selected during tryouts that will be held in Kansai and Kanto later this month. Around 20 players will be selected. A number of players from the two teams currently in the league will also probably be shuffled around.
