JABA: JR Hokkaido withdraws from fall tournament

The Japan Amateur Baseball Association's Hokkaido division announced on Thursday that they accepted JR Hokkaido's request to withdraw from the fall tournament. An exact reason is not known, but it seems likely that the decision was made in part because JR Hokkaido president Naotoshi Nakajima is still missing since his whereabouts became unknown on the morning of the 12th.
