Oba was the 5th pitcher in the NPB (2nd in the PL) to get ejected from a game for throwing a dangerous pitch.

Nippon Ham Fighters

Yuki Saito is working on a new slider (vertical break) with pitching coach Masato YoshiiMasataka Nashida has also been helping him out.  Saito's next start will likely come on the 24th against the Orix Buffaloes.

Orix Buffaloes

A number of players, including Masato Fukae, Shunta Goto, Tetsuya Yokoyama, and Softbank Hawk Shuhei Fukuda, popped out of the dugout after the game was canceled to fool around in the rain and entertain the fans that came.
