Chiba Lotte Marines: Penn, Rosa to return; Murphy, Castillo still question marks

Sponichi mentions that the Chiba Lotte Marines have decided to hold onto Hayden Penn and Carlos Rosa for the 2012 season.
The jury is still out on Bill Murphy and Jose Castillo.
UPDATE @ 9:58am - Nikkan Sports notes that Penn's contract has already been extended and that Rosa has another year on his contract. They also think there's a good chance Murphy and Castillo won't return.
