Reporters surrounded 23-year-old Kenta Maeda at Nagoya Stadium on Monday in order to confirm rumors that he's dating 26-year-old free-lance reporter Saho Narushima and that the two are planning to get married in January 2012 (marriage papers in January with a ceremony in December).  Maeda didn't deny the rumors, but did say, "I haven't said anything [to the tabloids].  I haven't even said anything to the club yet.  If something is going to happen, I'll tell the team first.  And if when that happens, I'll be the one to say it."

Earlier this year in February, Maeda created a stir when rumors about spending the night with a model named Nana Aihara hit gossip rags.  Shortly after the incident, Maeda posted an entry on his blog apologizing for what happened and admitting that he hurt someone important to him (now likely revealed to be Narushima).

UPDATE @ 9:26am - Sponichi is reporting that Maeda will be marrying Narushima after the current season.
