KANDOK: 06Bulls to be based out of Higashi Osaka

The Kansai Independent League's 06Bulls announced that they will be basing their operations out of Higashi Osaka. An official press conference to announce the decision will be held on the 20th.
Takayuki Murakami will be the manager of the new team and tryouts will be held in Ibaraki, Osaka on 11/5.
