Satoru Komiyama and Toshihisa Nishi join NPB playing rules committee

Satoru Komiyama and Toshihisa Nishi were added to the NPB Playing Rules Committee on Friday.
NPB Commissioner Ryozo Kato selected former pro yakyu players for the first time in an effort to enhancement the committee.
