A couple more details on the Yomiuri Shimbun Group and the Yomiuri Giants lawsuit:
- Yomiuri Shimbun is claiming 50M yen in damages and the Yomiuri Giants are claiming 50M yen in damages for a total 100M yen in damages.
- Yomiuri filed the lawsuit at the Tokyo district court, just before 4pm on Monday.
- Yomiuri hired Yoichi Kitamura as their lead lawyer, in addition to nine other lawyers.
