Rakuten Eagles sign Jose Fernandez, Luis Enrique Terrero

Rakuten Eagles have signed both INF Jose Fernandez (37) and OF Luis Enrique Terrero (31).

Fernandez (official announcement): one-year deal worth 70M yen. Uniform #3.

Terrero (official announcement): one-year deal worth 40M yen. Uniform #44.

Terroro was recommended by one of the owners of the Colorado Rockies, Charlie Monfort, to Hoshino.

I just wonder where Hoshino makes these connections.
