Ichiro Suzuki started in right and batted third. He went 3-for-3: single to left, RBI single to left (run scored), RBI single to right. Ichiro was replaced on defense in the 6th.

Hiroki Kuroda played some catch and did some running between the outfield poles on Tuesday. He is scheduled to pitch two innings in Wednesday's exhibition game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Takashi Saito will pitch in an exhibition game against the Seattle Mariners on March 10. For Saito, it will be a special outing because it will also be March 11 in Japan, the one-year anniversary of the Tohoku Earthquake.
Saito worked on his pick-off move on Tuesday.
Koji Uehara tossed batting practice to minor leaguers before general team workouts on Tuesday.
Uehara is scheduled to pitch in an exhibition game against the Los Angeles Dodgers on March 9; Yoshinori Tateyama against the Chicago White Sox on March 8.
Tsuyoshi Nishioka worked out his defense and hitting during practice on Tuesday. He is slated to play in Wednesday's game against the Baltimore Orioles.
Hisashi Iwakuma's next outing will likely come against the Los Angeles Dodgers on March 10.
Yu Darvish did not do any pitching on Tuesday. His workouts lasted about two hours and included infield drills and short distance running. Darvish will be starting Wednesday's exhibition game against the San Diego Padres.
Daily Sports mentions that pitching coach Mike Maddux is interested in learning more about how Darvish prepares himself and not force-feed him US methods.
Nikkan Sports has posted a list of possible exhibition game outings for Darvish and their guess at what the starting rotation will be like for the first month of the regular season.
