Daily Sports is reporting that Munenori Kawasaki (SEA) will be in the dugout for the two games on Wednesday and Thursday.  They also note that that the three players participating in the baseball clinic in Ishinomaki today, Hisashi Iwakuma, Hector Noesi, and Alex Liddi, in addition to Erasmo Ramirez and Guillermo Quiroz, will not make the 25-man roster.

Sponichi confirms the story with a report about how Kawasaki told Ichiro about making the 25-man roster while in the locker room after the game on Monday.

Nikkan Sports adds that bench coach Robby Thompson informed the media.

UPDATE: The Mariners announced their provisional 28-man Opening Day roster and both Kawasaki and Iwakuma were on it (although Iwakuma is not eligible to play in the Japan Opening Series).
