Nikkan Sports feels things were a bit tense at Yu Darvish's (TEX) press conference on Saturday.  They also posted the following quotes from the press conference:

Opening day took place the other day.  Have you ever experienced anything like it?

The Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters draw about 43,000 fans and I got a lot of good experience there...  I think the feel and the type of games are different.

Are there any debuts, including your amateur playing days, you remember in particular?  What are your thoughts on your MLB debut?

I do remember my first pro game...  But I have pitched in a lot of games since then and gained a different kind of experience.  I feel this next start will be nothing more than just another regular start.

Including spring training, what part of you matured/improved the most?

With regards to that...  The season just started and I am not at 100% yet.  I do not necessarily feel as if I have improved more than when I was at my best in the past.  But I do feel as if I am in good enough shape to pitch.
