Sports Hochi: Yokohama Bay Stars looking into Randy Ruiz

According to Sports Hochi, the Yokohama Bay Stars are in the process of working out a deal with former Rakuten Eagle Randy Ruiz (34).
The Bay Stars currently have sixty-nine players on their seventy-man roster.
UPDATE 6/2 @ 1:47pm - Nikkan Sports posted a report about talks between Yokohama and Ruiz earlier today.
UPDATE 6/2 @ 4:32pm - Sponichi notes that the two sides are close and that they just need to work out the details.
