Hiroshima Carp

The Carp have hit a combined 196 lead-off homers (includes top and bottom of the 1st; Yomiuri Giants have hit 177).  They are also the only team in the NPB to have had three players hit twenty or more lead-off homers over their career: Yoshihiko Takahashi (32), Koichi Ogata (28), and Kenjiro Nomura (21).

Over the last five years, the Giants have hit twenty-one while the Carp have hit just six.
