The latest on Koji Uehara (TEX), from ESPN's Master Tesfatsion:
Rangers manager Ron Washington said there's a possibility relievers Alexi Ogando and Koji Uehara will be activated from the disabled list Tuesday.
... Uehara threw 24 pitches in an inning of work, giving up one hit and striking out a batter.
... Uehara is on the DL with a right lat muscle strain. Washington said he's cautious about Uehara's injury and if the reliever needs another rehab outing, it would be for Double-A Frisco.
The latest on Yu Darvish (TEX), from Dallas Morning News' Gerry Fraley:
Right-hander Yu Darvish reported no problems with his left shin, struck by Dustin Ackley’s smash in the second inning of Saturday’s loss. Darvish feared upon impact that the bone had been broken, but he emerged with a bruise.
