Nippon Ham Fighters

Thanks to Dai-Kang Yoh's "Thank you-desu!" shout out during his All-Star interview, the Fighter will be inviting a total 390 fans to a three-game series against the Rakuten Eagles (8/3-8/3; sixty-five pairs per game for a total 195 pairs over three games; Reserved, Seat A tickets on first-base side).  See the official team site for more information.  Source: Nikkan Sports 7/30/2012

FYI: "Thank you" sounds like san and kyu, which mean three and nine, respectively, in Japanese.

Orix Buffaloes

Aarom Baldiris was removed from tonight's game after he took an HBP off the area near his left elbow.  He was later examined at a hospital and diagnosed with a contusion.  The Buffaloes will wait to see how Baldiris is feeling tomorrow before making any decisions on his status.  Source: Sponichi 7/30/2012

Rakuten Eagles

Satoshi Nagai (coming back from right shoulder pain) practiced at Kleenex Stadium for about an hour today.  Workouts included a fifty-pitch bullpen session and running.  Nagai is slated to start tomorrow's game against the Softbank Hawks.  It will be his first Ichi-gun start since August 11, 2011 (vs Orix).  Source: Nikkan Sports 7/30/2012
