Seiji Tahara became the first pitcher in franchise history to record victories in back-to-back games (August 9 and 10) since Daisuke Ochi in 2011 (May 17 and 18). He is also the first rookie in franchise history to accomplish the feat since Kunio Jonouchi in 1962 (May 29 and 30). Source: Sponichi 8/11/2012
Kenji Jojima and Daiki Enokida played in their first rehab games on Friday (intra-squad game at Naruohama). Jojima started at first and batted third. He went 1-for-2 and remained in the game through four innings. Enokida entered the game in the 3rd inning and tossed a shutout inning in relief (1 IP, 1 H, 1 BB).
Depending on how things go from here, Jojima could return to the active roster some time before the end of the month. He is currently scheduled to rejoin the Ni-gun roster on Tuesday.
Enokida is slated to pitch in another rehab game on Sunday (Ikusei game, one inning).

Yoshitomo Tsutsugo will likely be added to the active roster today (he will likely bat fifth in the starting line-up). Kiyoshi Nakahata was looking forward to watching Tsutsugo during practices on Friday, but could not because of traffic delays. Source: Sanspo 8/11/2012, Sponichi 8/11/2012
