Okada is frustrated because he feels a number of players have already given up on the season.  It may have also been one of the reasons why he took four players off the active roster on Monday  Source: Sports Hochi Osaka 8/21/2012, Nikkan Sports 8/21/2012

Rakuten Eagles

About one hundred staff members spent about fifty minutes cleaning Kleenex Stadium (player bathrooms, stadium seats) on Monday after team president Yozo Tachibana made the request.

Said Tachibana, "It is impossible for us to allow customers to come to a place that is dirty.  I want to make sure everyone knows that.  I also want to make sure the players are comfortable.  This was not a requirement, but everyone came out to help.  I would like to do this on a regular basis. ... I wonder how the players will react.  It important for the players and the staff to approach the season as one.  I asked the manager to relay that on to the players."
