When Yoshinobu Takahashi saw Yakult Swallows Tsuyoshi Ueda make a fielding error on his hit to center on Wednesday night, he thought about making it to third, but as he got closer to his goal, he noticed the third base coach waving him on.  And so he kept running and made it all the way to home plate.  After sliding safely across home plate, the thirty-seven-year-old briefly remained on his back in order to catch his breath.  Source: Sanspo 8/23/2012, Youtube Video
