Softbank Hawks: Hayato Doue arrested on suspicion of indecent assault

Fukuoka police arrested Hayato Doue today on suspicion of indecent assault.
According to the arrest reports, at around 10:30pm on August 19, a twenty-year-old woman was walking in an apartment complex on her way home when Doue grabbed her hair and held down her face. Footage from security cameras in the area and a description from the victim led police to Doue.
Doue has apparently admitted to the charges.

UPDATE 8/24 @ 12:06pm - A few additional notes:
- While possibly unrelated, it seems similar incidents were occurring in the general area since the beginning of August.
- Doue was arrested outside of his home at 7:40am.
- He touched the woman inappropriately and told her not to look at his face.
- When the Hawks drafted him, they knew he had some problems holding his liquor.

UPDATE 8/24 @ 8:25pm - Additional punishments were handed down: director Koichiro Takada was given a stern warning while director of player development Shigeru Ishiwata and the head of team operations (柴田三郎) were given a stern waning plus a reduction in salary.
