Ryosuke Hirata was taken off the active roster today with a minor strain in his left soleus muscle.  He will be given a few days of rest before begining his rehab at Nagoya Stadium on Wednesday.

It could take Hirata three to four weeks for a full recovery.  That could put his return to the active roster some time around mid-September.
