JHBF issues stern warning to Hiroshima Kogyo for groping incident

The Japan High School Baseball Federation (JHBF) held an council member meeting in Osaka today and Hiroshima Kogyo was issued an stern warning for a groping incident in July that led to an arrest of a second year baseball player.
