Ni-gun Softbank clinches first in Western League

The Ni-gun Softbank Hawks clinched first in the Western League today with their 7-5 victory over Hanshin.  Softbank will now go on to play Lotte at the 2012 Farm Championship in Matsuyama on October 6.
