Nobuhiro Matsuda played in a Ni-gun game against Hanshin today (first game action in about two months): started at third, batted ninth, and walked in his one at bat during the game.  He also handled one ground ball without any problems.  Matsuda was removed from the game after the 5th.  Source: Nikkan Sports 9/25/2012
