Koji Yamamoto would like all Japanese MLB players to join WBC roster

Koji Yamamoto was a guest on a radio program on Friday and told listeners that they have already submitted WBC requests for Japanese MLB players and that he would all of them, like Ichiro Suzuki, Yu Darvish, and Norichika Aoki, to play for Japan.

Yamamoto also said that about two-thirds of the roster was set with a breakdown of around thirteen pitchers, three catchers, six to seven infielders, and five outfielders.
