Chiba Lotte Marines: Saburo undergoes right elbow surgery

The Chiba Lotte Marines announced that Saburo (36) had his right elbow cleaned out at a hospital in Chiba on Tuesday.  He will likely require three months for a full recovery.  Source: official announcement, Nikkan Sports 10/24/2012
