The KBO announced on Tuesday that Seung-Ho Yang resigned as manger of the Lotte Giants.  Yang offered to resign during a team meeting last Wednesday to take responsibility for the team's inability to win a championship two years in a row.  Management decided to accept.  Source: Korea Times 10/30/2012
