According to Sanspo, Tsuyoshi Nishioka is making preparations to accept the Hanshin Tigers' offer.  People close to the situation have informed reporters that Nishioka has already turned down Lotte and has begun a search for a place to live in Kansai.  A press conference could be scheduled as early as November 20, the day after Tigers' fall camp ends.
