Yoshinori Tateyama is not ready to end his MLB career and is apparently willing to sign a minor league deal.  He is also open to playing in Japana if he does not get any offers in the US.

"All I can do now is wait.  Of course [I am open to minor league deals].  I do not want to give up [on the MLB] so easily," said Tateyama.

He added, "I want to continue playing, so if I do not get an offer in the US, but I do get an offer in Japan, things could change."

Hideki Okajima will become a free agent because the Softbank Hawks are not planning to include him on their list of reserved players.  Okajima is hoping for a return to the Majors next season.  If he does not get any offers, a team in located in the Tokyo region may try to sign him.  Source: Sponichi 11/18/2012
