Hanshin Tigers officially announce the addition of Tsuyoshi Nishioka

The Hanshin Tigers officially announced the addition of Tsuyoshi Nishioka (28) today. Nishioka contacted the Tigers on Sunday night and informed the team of his decision. A press conference could be held as early as Tuesday.
