Seibu Lions agree to terms with Spilborghs, Sarfate, awaiting physicals

Seibu Lions' team director Kiyoaki Suzuki spoke to reporters today and said that the team had more or less agreed to terms with Ryan Spilborghs and Dennis Sarfate and were waiting for their physicals to finalize their deals.
