Takeya Nakamura spoke to reporters today and said, "I am doing much better now, but my rehab training has not changed since the end of December." Most of his training at Ni-gun spring camp will likely focus on rehabbing his left knee.
Nakamura visited kids at Donald McDonald House Setagaya today.

Ryoichi Adachi may have a better shot at securing an everyday job now that Keiji Obiki is no longer on the team. Adachi worked out with Softbank Hawk Yuichi Honda this winter in Ureshino, Saga and got tips on how to steal bases. He had the option to move out of the team dorm, but decided to stay because he wants to focus on baseball.
