Shuichi Murata worked out at Giants Stadium on the team's day off today.  He is trying to make up for lost time -- he missed two exhibition games because of a fever.

Masahiro YamamotoBrad Bergesen, Kentaro Nishikawa, Junki Ito, and Kenta Asakura are all candidates for the second half of the opening day rotation (vs Hanshin at Kyocera Dome, April 2-4).  All of them will likely get a chance to pitch during the Ni-gun team's three-game series against Softbank (26th-28th).  Yamamoto is scheduled to start the game on Wednesday.
