Yomiuri Giants

Through Friday, the Giants hit eight home runs in six games.  It took them twenty-two games to reach the same total last season.

Chunichi Dragons

Kazuki Yoshimi gave up three home runs to Yomiuri on Friday.  Of the seven games in which he has allowed two or more home runs, five have come against the Giants:

August 1, 2007 - Hiroshima (two HR); April 17, 2009 - Yomiuri (three HR); June 19, 2010 - Yomiuri (two HR); August 26, 2010 - Yomiuri (five HR); September 16 - Hiroshima (two HR); July 1, 2011 - Yomiuri (two HR); April 5, 2013 - Yomimuri (three HR)

Shota Nakazaki will likely be used in relief -- he made an appearance in relief on Friday and was pulled as a starter from Saturday's game.
