The Tigers were keeping an eye on the overseas pitching market, but may now be looking into available infielders (with some pop).  They may also be looking into players with past NPB experience, like Edgar Gonzalez (Yomiuri), Jose Castillo (Yokohama, Lotte), Jose Fernandez (Lotte, Seibu, Rakuten, Orix), and Dan Johnson (Yokohama).

Thursday's Ni-gun game against Softbank:

Masanori Fujihara started the game and allowed one run (none earned) on three hits over six innings of work.  He struck out five, walked two, and hit one.  While he has started Ikusei games in the past, this was his first start at the Ichi-gun/Ni-gun level.  Source: Nikkan Sports 5/2/2013 ... The Bay Stars announced that they will sell four types of ticket packages for games on June 22 and 23 (vs Hanshin at Yokohama).

Dream Tickets with prizes
5,500 yen, infield reserved SS seats, 100 sets per game.  Every ticket holder will receive a prize.  There will be six levels of prizes: autographed board (seventy-five winners); tour of the field and an autographed board (twelve winners); meeting with Kiyoshi Nakahata and an autographed board (five winners); meeting with a favorite player and an autographed board (three winners); play catch with a player and an autographed board (three winners); batting instructions from Tony Blanco and an autographed board (two winners).

Dream Tickets with radio
5,500 yen, infield reserved SS seats, 100 sets per game.  Every ticket holder will get a radio they can use to listen to a broadcast that is limited to the confines of the stadium during the game.

Dream Tickets with a game ball
6,000 yen, infield reserved SS seats, 100 sets per games.  Each ticket holder will get a game-used ball stamped with an official logo.

Dream Tickets with pre-game workout tickets
5,000 yen, infield reserved SS seats, 200 sets per game.  Each ticket holder will be able to watch pre-game Yokohama workouts.
