Masanori Ishikawa (tight lower left back) joined the Ichi-gun starting pitchers for workouts on Monday.  He started a Ni-gun game against Yomiuri on the 23rd and gave up two runs (one earned) on four hits and one walk over 3.1 innings of work.  There is a chance he will return to the active roster in time for a start against Yomiuri on the 30th.
