Tsutomu Ito has not set a timetable on Yoshihisa Naruse's return to the active roster.

"I have allowed him to do his own thing, but that needs to be changed.  I have never seen him run a lot," said Ito.

He added, "There is no time frame.  [We will call him back up] when he has enough stamina to toss a complete game.  That includes shoulder strength.  It does mean we will be without our ace.  I want this to get him going, I want him to understand what it means to be an ace.  I will not give him special treatment."
