Chunichi Dragons

The Dragons decided to leave Hector Luna out of the starting line-up today after evaluating his left knee during pre-game practices.

"I think he is resting.  It seems there is still some concern about him running [on the knee].  Based on how things have gone so far, it seems it might take some time," said Morimichi Takagi.

Matt Clark missed tonight's game against Hiroshima because he felt some pain in the outer area of his right ankle.  Clark reportedly started feeling something in the general area before their two-game road trip against Hanshin at Okinawa on the 9th and 10th.  He is considered day-to-day.
