[8/22/2013] PaLeague to get first pick in second round of the draft this year

by on Aug.22, 2013 @ 8:22 pm, under NPB

The NPB relies on the All-Star Series to determine which league gets the first pick in the second round of the snake draft.  The series ended in a 1-1-1 tie this year so they turned to a ladder lottery (amidakuji) to select the winning league.  The lottery was held today during a twelve-team rep meeting with the Pacific League winning the first pick in the second round.
