Chunichi: The Dragons' two-game winning streak at Mazda Stadium came to an end.  This was their fifteenth shutout loss of the season. ... K. Nakata is 0-4 in six starts this season.  He has not won a game as a starting pitcher since September 30, 2012 (vs Yokohama).

Hiroshima: The Carp won their second straight game.  This was their twelfth shutout victory of the year. ... K.
