The Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Tokyo has already contacted the Swallows about putting Balentien's bat, uniform, cleats, and helmet on display (equipment from the game in which he breaks the record).  The Swallows have agreed on the bat and home run ball.  The organization still needs to check with the slugger himself.

Radinck Jan Van Vollenhoven (ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands) was at Friday's game.  He gave Balentien orange flowers for good luck.  The embassy is thinking about presenting the slugger with an award if he breaks the record.

Balentien gave the ambassador a uniform and bat.
