14,586 fans attended Tuesday's game between Lotte and Nippon Ham at Sapporo Dome.  The last time attendance dipped into the 14,000s was in April 23, 2008 (vs Orix).

Softbank Hawks

Kenta Imamiya set a new Pacific League record with his fifty-ninth sac hit of the year on Wednesday -- he started the day tied at fifty-eight with Kensuke Tanaka.  The NPB record of sixty-seven was set by Shinya Miyamoto in 2001.

The Hawks will hold a retirement ceremony for Kazumi Saito on the 28th.  Kenji Jojima will be a special guest.  A Saito exhibit will also open at the Sadaharu Oh Baseball Museum on the 28th (through to January 19, 2014).

Orix Buffaloes

The Buffaloes could be preparing to offer Dae-Ho Lee a two-year deal worth 700 million yen.  A team official told reporters on Tuesday they wanted to finalize details during the next round of negotiations and that they were confident about the offer they were putting together.
