Takahiro Norimoto will be the first rookie to start the first game of a Nippon Series in sixty-one years.

Hiroaki Shimauchi (left shoulder) was called up to Ichi-gun practices and forgot his uniform in Miyazaki.  He was seen wearing a Toshihito Abe uniform during workouts on Thursday.  He is still unable to throw the ball, but should be ok as a bat off the bench.
