    Sorry for a possibly dumb question, but does the Fall back on the clocks in the USA have an effect on the start time. In other words is this 4:30AM CST, or 3:30AM CST. Thanks for the help. I don’t want to miss the Eagles winning it all.

    There is no Daylight Savings Time in Japan so the game will be at a different hour than they have been.
    3:30 CST
    You won’t have to stay up as late or you’ll have to get up earlier.
    I will probably catch the replay tommorow morning here in the PST.
