Chiba Lotte Marines

Ichi-gun and Ni-gun players are scheduled to attend spring camp in Ishigaki, Okinawa next year as a way to help improve communication between the levels and to allow coaches easier access to each player.  They also want to make it clear to Ni-gun players just how much nicer it is at Ichi-gun -- Ichi-gun players will be using the larger and newer stadium while Ni-gun players will use a much older secondary stadium; Ichi-gun players will stay at nice hotels priced at about 20,000 yen a night while Ni-gun players will stay at places that go for less than half; and Ni-gun players that fail to make the leap to Ichi-gun, will be shuttled off to a secondary spring camp location in Satsumasendai after two weeks.
