    Hi there – You run a really great site. Its helped me a lot since my move to Japan.
    In addition to saying a much belated thank you, I wanted to mention that I think you’ve got the Asia Series scores for the Eagles and Rhinos flipped in the table above.
    It should be Rhinos 1 – 6 Eagles, not the other way round, no?
    Gave me a bit of a heart attack, until I clicked on the link and saw the boxed scores :)

      Thank you for the kind words, I appreciate it.

      And thank you for pointing out the error in the score. There’s so much to cover right now and I’m always in a rush to get things out. I think I’ve gotten a little careless over the last couple of weeks. I have to be more careful.

      Considering the team they brought, I thought Rakuten did alright. They were the only team to beat the eventual champions. I was more surprised by how the other Asian teams fared. Does anyone know if Samsung or the Uni Lions were at full strength?
